HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?
We offer the following options:
Pay 35% deposit with the remaining balance upon completion by bank transfer, credit card or cash whichever you prefer.
Pay 35% deposit followed by 3 equal payments.
There is the option of 6 equal payments on packages 3 – 4 – 7 – 8
The option to spread the payments isn’t available on packages 1 & 5
WILL THE WEBSITE WORK ON MOBILES?
Yes, all our websites will work seamlessly on the three different screen sizes, mobiles, tablets & desktop/laptops.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
What you are quoted, is what you will pay.
We will send over a detailed PDF prior to any work commencing with all the information you will require. If you have queries we are always at hand.
WILL l COMPLETELY OWN THE WEBSITE?
YES! Once the final payment is made it’s all yours.
No hidden clauses. After the first free year of hosting you can choose to continue hosting with us or find your own hosting company.
WILL IT BE SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY?
Yes, all our websites are built with a strong SEO foundation so they are easily found by the search engines like Google.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED.. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
Drop us an email to arrange a time for a design brief over the phone. We then require a logo if you have one, photos & the text for the content of the website.
We can provide a logo service or supply a free text logo to tie you over. We offer quality stock photos too.
PLEASE NOTE: Cheape logo & poor quality images will make your website look exactly that too.
WHAT IS HOSTING?
Hosting is the equivalent of phone line rental except for websites. The hosting companies have huge servers that store your website files & display them online.
DO WE NEED TO MEET FACE TO FACE?
Not usually for websites alone. We can communicate successfully through phone, emails or Skype but we all always happy to meet you in person if you prefer. Larger projects usually require some meetings.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE COMPLETED?
You focus on your business. We offer additional support if required & completely optional.
That’s it, no dramas, just great websites & marketing materials.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
This often depends on how quickly as a client you supply the content we require & respond to any design revisions.
In general basic websites will be completed within 2 to 3 weeks …. often quicker & hopefully commenced within a similar time scale but always check as we may be able to get right on it!
